24/7

Always on

The desk works after the workday ends.

Six tools, one place

Records, benefits, claims, appointments, refills, applications.

We watch VA.gov for you

Watched directly — you hear about every status change first.

Your records stay private

Built around PHI handling veterans already trust.

How it works

One desk. Four jobs.
Never off-duty.

Translating a DD-214 once is a Saturday project. Keeping a claim, a résumé, and twelve appointments warm for the next two years is a full-time job — and that is the job Vanward takes.

Questions about how it works?
  1. 01

    0730 · Records → résumé

Your separation paper becomes a civilian résumé.

Drop your separation paper (called a DD-214), medical record, or military-to-civilian record (DD-2586) into Vanward. We pull your job in the military (called an MOS or rating), deployments, and schools into a profile and rewrite it as a civilian résumé you control — update it once and every tool uses the same source.

  2. 02

    1430 · Benefits

We check the benefits you have earned before you miss them.

Service-connected conditions, the Post-9/11 GI Bill, the VA's job-training program (VR&E, Chapter 31), state tuition — most veterans leave benefits on the table because the windows are short and the language is legal. Vanward flags what you qualify for, what evidence is missing, and when to file.

  3. 03

    2147 · Claims

We watch your VA claim status every day.

Vanward monitors VA.gov, the official VA website, and the Health and Benefits app for status changes on your VA disability claim (called a C&P claim), supplemental claims, and appeals. When something moves, you hear about it first — not three weeks later when a letter arrives.

  4. 04

    0205 · Jobs

While you sleep, we apply to jobs you picked.

Every night, Vanward re-ranks openings against your updated résumé and eligibility, then quietly submits to the ones you pre-approved. You wake up to a short list — not a hundred tabs.

What the desk watches

The things that fall off your list.

We read
Your separation paper (DD-214), your military transcripts (JST or CCAF), deployment health records, and VA decisions. We turn them into a profile you control.
We watch
Your VA claim on VA.gov, your state veteran benefits, and the jobs you're tracking. You hear about changes first.
We remind
Refills on your meds, evidence to gather for a VA exam, missed appointments, and résumé check-ins.

For you

Veterans first.
Partners who reach them, second.

Free for veterans
Veterans & service members
Veterans and service members get this for free. Partners buy it to reach you better.
  • Live résumé — one résumé, updated once.

Used in every tool that needs it.

  • Benefits check — see what you have earned.

    Windows you would otherwise miss.

  • VA claim tracking — know the next step.

    Hear about status changes first.

  • Nightly apply — we submit for you.

    Quiet submissions on your behalf.

VA Innovation partners
A tested channel into the veteran population — we know where claimants drop off, what evidence they forget to upload, and which letters they never open.
DoD SkillBridge programs
An always-on supplement to your transition assistance — SkillBridge stays inside the installation; Vanward keeps the thread alive after the service member leaves.
State veteran affairs offices
Earlier signal on the claims your residents actually need, and fewer of them falling through the eligibility gaps you already know about.
